Hello all.For the beginning - who I am? First problem. My name is fixed in Cyrillic letters - like in all Russia - not in Latin - like in America and most of Europe. In passport it was EVGENY DEBAKER, but in the next one it may be EVGENII DEBAKER, while I'm sure that the person I've acquired this surname from always was DEBACKER and never appeared without "C".
